Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am looking to purchase Caldwell products for my event.  How can I place an order?
A: Caldwell Recognition is a trophy and awards wholesaler and as such, we do not sell directly to the general public.  Please contact us for information on an authorized trophy dealer in your area.

Q: How do I find a product?
A: You can find products by category, or use the search bar located on the top right corner of the website. Simply enter the product code and search, or wait for the drop-down list to appear with suggestions.

Q: When I try to place my order, the “Checkout” button doesn’t work, even though my order is over $30.00.
A: Ensure that the subtotal of your order is $30.00. The $30.00 minimum is before taxes are applied.

Q: How can I order custom inserts, plaques, sublimation, or engraving?
A: Please call or e-mail us to order custom products.

Q: Why can’t I order neck ribbons in quantities less than 10?
A: Neck ribbons are pre-packaged in sets of 10. Removing and shipping them separate from these packages means that they may arrive crumpled or unusable. Shipping them in sets of 10 also helps us to keep your costs low.

Q: I like one of your cups, but I don’t want/need the base. Can I order it separately?
A: Some of our cups are available separately. Please check your Components Catalogue for available cups, otherwise the cups are sold as shown.

Q: Can I mix and match colours on the Trident and Summit series other than what is shown/listed?
A: Absolutely! Please see the Components Catalogue to order individual pieces.

Q: My package has not arrived. What should I do?
A: Please call us to obtain the tracking number. You will then need to contact the courier company for further instructions and information. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over shipping speeds or lost packages.

Q: I see an award pictured, but I don’t want the insert. Can I order it without?
A: Yes, you can! Please specify whether you would or would not like an insert on your order.

Q: When will the item I want be back in stock?
A: Please call us with the item code to find out when our next shipment will be arriving.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: The shipping cost for your order will be determined by the courier you choose, the weight of your order, and the number of boxes on your order. Shipping charges will be applied once your order has been processed and will appear on your invoice.

Q: I want to get one of your products engraved, but I don’t have the machine to do it myself.
A: We can do that! We are able to laser on glass and acrylic pieces, as well as rotary, diamond, scratch, and cylindrical engrave on medals, cups, and other select pieces in-house. Please contact us by either phone or e-mail to get a quote on an engraving job.

Q: How much do custom engraving/sublimation/printing jobs cost?
A: The cost for one of these jobs will vary depending on what you would like to have done. The best way to determine pricing on custom products is to call or e-mail us with all of the details, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Q: How can I view my online orders?
A: Recent online orders can be viewed by clicking the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Here you can view the status and contents of your order(s) and may even reorder the same items if you wish.

Q: I’ve made a mistake on my order. How do I fix it?
A: If you have already submitted your order, please call or email the order desk right away so that we can adjust your order accordingly. If you have not submitted your order, you may return to your order form at any time, even just before checkout, to modify it.

Q: Can I order custom cast medals, resins, or acrylic pieces?
A: Yes! Please contact us with all of the details by phone or e-mail and we would be happy to work with you to create custom pieces tailored to your needs.

Q: Can you assemble my trophies for me?
A: For an additional cost, we would be happy to assemble your trophies or medals before shipping them out to you, or drop shipping to the end user. Please call or e-mail us for a quote.
